I just noticed this today while I was trying to make an animated gif. Whenever I come across an animated GIF's, it won't animate. The GIF shows but it never moves. I know its an animated GIF because I already seen it before. Even smilies wont animate anymore.

I already cleared my cache, deleted my cookies and everything but it still wont animate. I'm using IE 6, btw.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks

are you by some chance using a pop up stopper or zone alarm with ad blocker enabled , cos they prevent animations sometimes

I assume you have checked the usual on IE tools/ options/advanced. scroll down to multimedia and there is a tick in play animations

Yes, I'm using Zone Alarm with Ad blocker on. I turned it off and the Animated GIFs loaded.

    Thanks for the help!
