I want to make some basic and simple animations. Is there any free software on the net for that purpose?

    No problem, GreenIs :)

Only used a Gif animator to do my Avatar, but not really used anything else. Getting into Maya now

    Hiya Joe

Its not bad, but complicated if you're not used to design packages, like me :p

I have some images in Show an Image in Random. I'll try and find them.

    Okay, here's my hammer:

Bet you can't believe I created that from just a cube!!!

Then, I have done an eggcup, followed by the starting of a face:

Haven't done much this week, but to create the face, you can pull/push the ball, to create a nose, eyes, etc.

These are the tutorials that Maya give, but will eventually use my own.
