    Hi,

I get this annoying orange screen of death every time I unplug my laptop from the charger when it's sleeping. Does anybody know the fix for this?

    Thank you,
    Mike

    Please download the following
    http://www.resplendence.com/downloads

Run WhoCrashed. Click the Analyze button and follow the instructions in the report view. Post the report to your reply.

It will also be helpful to Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and drag the contents to your desktop. If the minidump folder is not there or empty there may be a larger DMP file located at C:\WINDOWS called MEMORY.DMP which we can also use. If you have minidumps use them FIRST, and only upload the full dump file (MEMORY.DMP) if there are no minidumps. The full memory.dmp is quite large so it is best to use file sharing such as dropbox, Google drive, etc and post the link.

I haven't read the dump file yet, but this is normally a driver issue and more then likely related to your video card.

Please download and perform the following:
    http://filehippo.com/download_speccy

    1. File > Save Snapshot. This will create a file called [hostname].speccy
    2. File > Publish Snapshot. This saves your snapshot to their servers
3 Copy and Paste the link to your next Reply

Okay I suspect possible memory issues, please test as follows

Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.

    Testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes take a picture and post an image and upload to your reply
