This is my first attempt at this service you are generously providing and I am doing so after many hours (about a month) of effort on my own and after purchasing and installing 2 anti virus, anti adware software packages. I have purchased a 3rd package that is on its way.

I believe I still have some sort of adware on my computer that allows or attracts some unwanted pop ups that creep onto the site I am viewing. I first purchased and installed Ad-Aware from Lavasoft and have run that many, many times and to its credit it found some things and took care of a lot. The last 10 or 15 times it has found nothing.

I also purchased and installed McAfee antivirus software to run along with Ad-aware and ran that many, many times as well and it also eliminated several things - trojans - mundo(?).

All of these things have really helped and my computer is running better, but I keep getting some pop up advertisements that appear out of nowhere on the financial websites (that is mostly all I look at) such as MarketWatch, Kiplingers, and Morningstar. These ads do not belong on a financial website. These are not terrible advertisements, but they don't belong...such as video games, "Congratulations I Am a Winner - please click here"...and once an ad for pictures of Penolope Cruz in potentially suggestive positions (yikes) - "Just click here and see" I always close the internet w/o clicking anything..but this gets old.

I also downloaded Windower Defender from Microsoft and another tool from Microsoft that looks for malicious software and have run those numerous times and they found nothing.

I finally quit using Windows Explorer as that seems to be worse than using Mozilla Firefox to view the internet.

I have run the log scan you provided and posted the log results here....I hope I did it right and this is the log you need. If I did it wrong I apologize and will be happy to do it again.

Also I appreciate any and all help you can provide. Please know that I do not visit off limit websites and am at a loss as to how I got this on my computer.... I do know I was googling about a month ago and hit a site that I did not want and quickly got out, but my computer started acting funny right after that.

Thanks so much for any help you may be able to provide...
