This is the second submission for this log file. Another member suggested I re-submit it. After getting a virus, the cd player reads the contents, but when I click on a file, the hourglass comes up, but nothing happens. I use Avast. If I try a better anti-virus program (I tried free AVG but it failed), might it rid the pc of the virus? Or is there a less drastic way to get the cd files to open? Thank you for your help and understanding.
