I keep getting a packet from 10.57.32.1. I understand this is the provider of the address for my Road Runner connection. I have been blocking it. I have since found out it will need to access my pc when the lease is up on connection (or some such). I also understand that you can get these when they are meant for other connections further down the line with no harm.
How do you know when this so called lease is up and it is time to renew.
Here is the info on the address:
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
Internet Assigned Numbers Authority
4676 Admiralty Way, Suite 330 Marina del Rey CA 90292-6695
US
I have been discussing this elsewhere and they probably gave me some correct advice but most of it is over my head.
If I allow the next packet and set it as a rule will I be okay?
