another network printer issue...

I have a small home office running two Dell Dimensions with a Dell 3100cn color laser and Dell 1600 multifunction laser. Both computers have been unable to print to either of the printers. The only way that the printers will print anything from the print queue is when either computer is rebooted. This is very similar to another thread that did not seem to have a final resolution. Since it's all Dell I would hit up their tech support.

I would also try reinstalling the printer drivers and whatnot.

thanks- I will try uninstall/reinstall drivers. Just seems ironic that both printers would go on the fritz at the same time. Dell tech service has been valuable in the past albeit time consuming, but worth try on this. Most occasions I have been able to remedy printer situations without help...

Will post results of the driver reinstall.
