It's called a signature and if you click on your username in the upper right-hand corner you will see a drop down menu. Select Signature from there to set it up.

You have to have been a member for 5 days before you can create a signature.

I see you were successfull but I did edit it to remove the contact details. While a link to a website is permitted, signatures are not meant to be an area to post contact information, there is a specific place for that in your profile. On our help pages the description of a signature reads as follows:

After you've been a member of the site for a period of time and have made a certain number of posts, you may set a signature. This is a maximum of three lines of text which could contain useful links, quotes, personal comments and/or other types of thoughts and sentiments. If you have created a signature then the forum will automatically append it to every message you post.
