Using OE5
Have been using same ISP in UK for two years. Suddenly I can't access my emails. I get log in pop up repeatedly which I ensure are correctly filled in. In the end I hit cancel and eventualy get error message saying password wrong or not a valid user... server error 0X800CCC90 etc.
No problem with using this ISP's dial up to connect to net and no problem accessing emails with other ISP's. In fact I have two email addresses with two different accounts with this ISP and same problem with both. I can't get through on the ISP's helpline and have got no reply to my email to them. Is this likely to be a problem at their end or mine?
