I have bought Webroot Spysweeper to keep my computer clean of spyware because I got a good deal on it when I bought Norton anti virus at this store. I've been very happy with it because it detects and blocks spyware with every website I go to, when I use Internet Explorer. But lately I have been having problems with Microsoft's Internet Explorer: when I up the security and not allow Active-X controls and Unsafe scripts, I can't go to most websites and use all the features
So I downloaded Foxfire because I have heard it is a great and secure Web browser- only Spysweeper doesn't detect or block ANY spyware with Foxfire OR Netscape, and when I checked the list of cookies in the Foxfire program after going to Yahoo.com, Doubleclick cookie was there, which is definately a cookie Spysweeper BLOCKS
Does Webroot Spyware work with Foxfire? If not, is there an antispyware program that works like Spysweeper but with Foxfire? If not, Why not and how can I keep the spyware from getting on my computer in the first place without using Internet Explorer?
By and by, did this post make sense?
