Any Nortel Contivity VPN experts out there??

I have googled and googled to no avail....

I'm trying to install Nortell Contivity VPN client (version 05_01.110) on a new laptop and it keeps hanging (goes to Not Responding) at the very end of the install process. Anyone know of any conflicts with this software? I have done the following based on limited google info I found:

-uninstalled BlueTooth drivers and device profile
-uninstalled Intel Pro Wireless drivers
-Turned off fast switching

The laptop configuration is as follows:
-2GhZ Pentium M processor
-BlueTooth card
-Windows XP Pro

Everything else is pretty much standard laptop fare (it's a Sager 5720). Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Turns out it was a conflict with the touchpad drivers. Unistalled them and all is now working fine.
