Anyone can solve this problem?

When i try to open a '*.msi' file, it always say that

visual c++ runtime library

Runtime error!

Program: C:\Windows\system32\MsiExec.exe

R6016

-not enough space for thread data

How can i solve this problem? I could install msi files before. it had worked fine, but now it have this kind of a problem, I don't know how to solve it and I searched for solutions but I didn't get any. Can anyone help? I reinstalled WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x, still, it has the same problem.

I'd be very thankful if you could help me!

According to Microsoft "This behavior can occur if the disk that contains the Windows swap file does not have sufficient free disk space".
