    Hi all,

I have a machine infected with some trojan that kicks in whenever explorer is loaded, causing Doc watson to give a post mortem. Fortunately, good old Firefox led me to this post: http://forums.techguy.org/t329653

I've tried following the instructions (killing the Workstation NetLogon Service, running CWShredder and AboutBuster, and guessing at the suspicious entries in HijackThis - like C:\WINDOWS\d3dn32.exe) but the darned thing keeps coming back each reboot.

Here's my current HT log, I really hope someone could help:

    Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.0

There's a system restore point on this machine from the day before yesterday (when the trojan began). Rolling back to that would not lose any configuration information, so I'm thinking of giving it a try.

Will this be sufficient to stop the infection?
