Anyone help, feels like my laptop is slowly dying

I mentioned previous; do you have updated chipset drivers installed? Also, I would still try disabling Norton 360 just to see if that is causing the issue. If you're concerned about protection, disable the internet connection just for the sake of seeing if 360 is the problem.

Uninstall those spyware loaded internet game apps such as PartyPoker.

There is no option for chipset driver on there. Only options are Audio, Camera, Bluetooth, Fingerprint, LAN, Touchpad, VGA and Wireless LAN drivers?

Oh,sorry.
I didnt see that.
If the drivers for chipset is NOT LISTED,
It means that the chipset drivers are automatically installed by windows 7.
That means,
NO CHIPSET DRIVER ISSUE PRESENT
