Anyone know how to watch TV on a lapto

    How would I add a tv tuner card to a laptop (Im guessing it has to be USB external?)

    The PCMCIA cards are rather expensive ( last time I checked they were about 250.00), you can go with a USB tuner ( last I bought one was about 50.00, but that was a while ago, I think they are much less now )...

    Hauppauge makes a fair USB tuner ( I've got one )...
