    What kind of problems are you having with this PC?

    It is probably running slow due to all you have running at startup.

    You should read here about the PALTALK program you have installed.

    Weather Bug also can slow it down.

    Thank You Walkeriam. I did just remove PALTALK. Wasn't using it anyway. Going to keep weatherbug however. Consider this solved and I will repost if I have any more problems. TaTa.

    You still have to many programs running at startup that could slow your system down. If you want to disable some of them, until you want to run them, go to START>RUN and type in MSCONFIG and click OK. Then click on the STARTUP tab at the top right corner. This will give you a list of startup programs. If you do not know what the .EXE files do, you can search thru the link below for it and decide if you want to leave it checked or un-check it. Un-checking it will keep it from running at startup but you can run it by going to START>PROGRAMS at anytime.
