    Hi Guys,

Our work IP address has been blacklisted by AOL because we got attacked a few months back, we've been removed from all other blacklists but we can't seem to get taken off the AOL one.

After 30minutes on the phone being moved from department to department and person to "techy" (I use this word very loosely) and no luck.

Does anyone know how I can get myself removed please? - I've been trying for about a week and a half now ¬_¬. As we have some of our customers on AOL I'm getting nagged at to sort it out.

Thanks in advanced for any help you can give.

    Matt

    Edit:

This will hopefully help as well. This is the Transcript log that was bounced back.

    MattHobbs,

Since AOL is the one that has you black listed, I'm not sure there is anything we can do for you. You are going to have to go through AOL to get this resolved.

Let ask what may be a silly question. Have you gone to the link (below) provided in the log and submitted the required form?
