Any pointers to how to connect 2 computers in a network sharing the AOL internet connection appreciated. Several posts here around the subject but no answers. I know AOL use propriatary connections which the router manufacturers don't support, but perhaps using BYOA it is possible.

I have broadband (cable) but my wife insists on keeping AOL as a BYOA service (she has some internal AOL newsgroups she is addicted to). No problems with the BYOA. Get their "Broadband only" content with no problems. Just set up as TCP/IP connection instead of dialup.
