AOL & Outlook- emails end up in spam folder

Does anyone know how to adjust settings the spam settings? Mail that is not junk is enjding up in a spam folder

There must be a simple tweak

I believe if you go into the Junk folder and right click on the messages in question you can tell it that its not junk.

I swore I've done that in both programs. I'll check again on the next time

Outlook also has Junk and Mail Rules you can set, these should be under Tools from the drop down menus across the top.
You should also install Microsoft Update and run it to check for Junk Mail filer updates, MS does release these periodically.

AOL I have no idea, I'd simply call their tech support.
