You have at least 5 different virus entries there and Norton isn't picking them up, that is either because you haven't updated Norton to take account of these viruses or something has disabled your antivirus protection

Run an online antivirus check from at least one of the following sites
    http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

you have at least these 4 viruses running and nned to use the removal tools listed to remove them easily & safely

    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.qhosts.removal.tool.html

    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sobig.c.removal.tool.html
    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sobig.b.removal.tool.html
    http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/[email protected]

then update norton and post a new log for further advice
