After installing iTuns 11, I am unable to connect my iPods in iTunes. When reinstalling, I get the message that I might not have privileges for the Apple Mobile Device. I am an Administrator account. I go to services and I can't find the Apple Mobile Servuces in the list so I can't do the common fix for this problem. I have talked with advanced somputer support people and Apple directly and nobody can explain or fix the fast that I do not have the Apple Mobile Services at all. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I have spent other a week and maybe 36 hours on the phone (literally) with support people. Pleass help!
