Hello. Can use some help here.

My computer will not boot up.

When I turn it on, it tries to boot, doesn't, then asks if I want to run system restore. When I try to run system restore...it starts then I get this message:

The instruction at 0xfbb0ca53 referenced memory at 0x834514e5. The memory could not be read.

Click OK to terminate the program.

Any ideas what to do about this.

    Thank you.
    Curt
