Apps not downloading where they should(please help

Hi, my computer disk is full however my data file on my computer still has 789GB free but when I try to do new updates or download apps it says it cant because disk is full. Please can someone tell me how I can utilise all the free space on my disk. Thanks

What do you mean by "data file"? Where is it located?

Do you have a single Hard Drive in your computer that is divided into multiple partitions?

Please run the TSG System Information Utility and then copy and paste the results in a reply post here.
