I don't know what the makers of Arabian Nights were thinking of, but this game has never worked right for me!
Now, I have a pretty high spec:
    AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2700+
    768MB RAM
    2.16 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 graphics card
Windows 2000/Windows XP (a duel-boot system) with Service Pack 3

In short, for this system... pretty up-to-date (I've had this computer for a few years now, of course)
The system can run some of those big games like Sonic Heroes, Sonic Adventure DX, the Hobbit and Rayman Raving Rabbids.
And yet Arabian Nights runs very badly indeed. After seeing some half-naked princess doing a slutty dance, I see what ought to be a menu-system... except that I can't see the text - at all! Only the sword-pointer.
Working blind, I start the game and there's a cinematic of a princess. Many of her vertices are coming away into the 3D space, causing her to look weird and her face is missing.
Into the gameplay, and it is slow and clunky, not to mention badly rendered.

Now, that is my issue. What has happened to the graphics in this game? It looks worse than Rayman 3 used to look before I got the graphics card for my system!
And bear in mind I'm getting these problems with Arabian Nights with the presence of a graphics card!
