I have a whole bunch of mp3s on my hard drive. Is there any way to compress them without lossing ANY quality? I tried the .rar and .zip and .uha formats and both only reduce the file size up to 3%. Is there a archiver specificly designed to compress mp3's?

MP3's are already compressed, there is no compression utility that will significantly reduce their size. Why not just write them to removable media, like CD-R, and delete them from the disk? If you're thinking of zipping them, you obviously don't need immediate access...
