Hello , I am wanting to buy a desktop as for casual use and to play some fortnite on. I was wondering if you could tell me if either of these two desktops will be good for fortnite.

Acer aspire C22-720 21.5 inch pentium 4gb 1tb all in one PC.

    Acer aspire XC-330 AMD A6 4GB 1Tb bundle

No, they wouldn't be. Recommended requirements are:

    CPU - Intel Core i5 2.8 GHz
GPU - Nvidia GTX 600 or AMD Radeon HD 7870
    RAM - 8GB
STO - 19.76 GB of storage space

The 1st choice doesn't meet minimum requirements. The 2nd one barely passes for minimum requirements. If you are looking for something that just meets minimum requirements then get "Acer aspire XC-330 AMD A6 4GB 1Tb bundle" but I really don't recommend it. I would save my money up for a good desktop or if you like, a laptop.

AmateurJohn got some great tips above. But of course even when you get one of these remember to always play with the best settings to optimize the use of your gaming laptop. There are a lot in google but you can try the steps here.
