Are wireless companies refusing to stop phone thefts?

Video on TODAY.com: More people are getting beaten and robbed for their cell phones. Police say wireless companies know a simple solution that will help stop the epidemic, but refuse to act on it because their profits will suffer. TODAY national investigative correspondent Jeff Rossen reports.

This presentation by msnbc is truly sensationalistic, but it is a possibility, buy I don't know anyone who is that careless with their Phone...:confused: (Could be Actors, eh? ;) )
