Arrange Icons By -> Show in Groups

I used a shortcut to access one of my folders but the settings are not saved;
is there a parameter to add to the shortcut so that the icons are always display in Groups ? or is there a registry hack ?

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe Z:\tools

Go to Folder Options > View.

Put a check mark in the Remember each folder's view settings box.
