I'm trying to determined whether the BFG GeForce 210 is compatible with my motherboard or not.

If it isn't, may someone please suggest a video card around the same price(or cheaper) which supports pixel shading 3.0, and will run a couple high-end games(Not SUPER high-end at SUPER high resolutions). I need it for a recent development project, and am not going to run the latest games on it.

Attached is a description of my motherboard.

No point getting that really, you're paying 200% of its real value because it's the slower AGP version of the card. There's no value in upgrading old systems with 'high end' parts.
AGP cards are quite rare even in online stores, so I wouldn't assure you there will be a 3650 sold anywhere, at least at a price at which it's worth getting. Also, for some odd reason haven't been shopping for computer parts around Vancouver enough to know of any stores...
