Asrock pc says please reboot and select proper boot device

You only really have two choices;
1 Open the system as instructed and reseat ALL connections
2 Take it to a shop and have them fix it for you

And you cannot see the second drive in BIOS again, right? It sounds like that drive is failing. If you don't want to open it, you'll need to bring it to a reputable (not big box store) repair facility, unless it is still under warranty. It seems you're going to need a drive replacement, unless you're lucky and it is a loose connection. I suspect (not knowing anything about the system), that it uses an M.2 SSD for a boot drive and a HDD for data/storage.
