    I have a Dell PC using windows xp and for the life of me I just can not seem to get it all working right at the same time. I went so far as taking it into Staples for a so called tune up where they were suppose to get rid of all the bugs or virus that were on there. Well that did not seem to fix it from booting up slow and when I do get on either the page does not load all the way ( the green bars down at the bottom of the page stay on like its stuck ) so I will hit the refresh and then and new page comes on for either some kind of fix it ad , after dealing with that a few times I might get to where I want to go but each time the green bars get stuck or take forever to load. I am sending the Hijack thjs log in hopes that you can help me solve this problem, so thank you in advance for the great work you guys do. The donations are well deserved but you guys the do the work deserve praise also. Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

    Download Combofix to your desktop:

    * Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    * When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

    Note:
    Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
