Athlon 1800+ running at 1100Mhz?

    Its supposed to be a 1.5 Ghz chip... does anybody have any idea what the deal is and how to correct it? Its a Win2000 if that makes a difference.

    You have to go into your BIOS and change the front side bus speed to from 100 to 133. (Or 200 to 266 if it shows up like that). You can probably enter your BIOS by hitting Delete during the boot process (Before Windows starts loading), and from there, it will probably be under advanced settings somewhere.
