I get my e-mail through outlook express. Since I changed ISP's the other day, it won't let me get any attachments. Does anyone know how I can change that?? Thanks for any help.

First, make sure you have your settings correct for your new ISP. Here is a help page

If you see a paper clip, but can not open the attachments, go to your OE > Tools > Options > Security > and under "virus protection" uncheck "Do not allow blah, blah, blah". If you do that, make sure you scan your attachments before you open them even if they appear to be from a trusted friend.

If they won`t open after bill`s suggestion ,open outlook express and go to tools , options , security , and look to see if the " do not allow attachments to be saved or open that could potentially be a virus " box is checked . If it is , uncheck it .

Thanks Bill and 700mb80min. I did what you both said and hopefully next attachment I get can be opened. I always get answers when I write to the forums.

You really don't have to wait for the next email. Just attach a picture to an email and mail it to yourself.
