I have been attempting to clean up my hard drives. I have one hard drive where that I use to store the Windows Operating system (C drive) and the other where I attempt to keep most of the documents, photos, games, etc.

I attempted to remove a couple (Age of Empire games) and I am not sure they were taken off the drive. When I use the cc-cleaner to add/remove programs they still show up there. Then when I run the "uninstall" program the Age of Empire Install/Uninstall screen comes up..begins to run ten eventually I get the following message:

Error 1321, "The installer has insufficient privileges to modify the file E/Program Files/Installerhelper\TBD2F.Temp

At this point, I haven't been able to even find the program when I go into Window Explorer.
Is there something more I can do?
