Audio Can't Detect Anyting

    I reformat my Computer and then my Audio is not detecting anything, even though my PC have a built in speaker and I also have a headset connected and it's working in the other pc but not mine. My PC is HP Compaq dx7400 Microtower. Basically, I tried updating the audio driver but failed. I tried installing realtek but there's an error showing "no driver was supported in this package" so I can't install it. I hope you help me please :notworthy:
