What aspect are you unsure of
From their site
Problem:
Windows on your computer has a lot of stuff you will never use, some non-optimal settings, some system apps that will never be launched or some active options that transmit data in the background. All these things take up valuable disk space and waste system resources, reducing your PC’s efficiency.
and
Solution:

Solution:
Windows Slimmer gives you an easy way to remove unneeded Windows components, uninstall apps and tweak settings to make your operating system’s footprint on your drive smaller, to reduce the amount of memory and CPU power it uses and to protect your privacy by preventing unnecessary data transmission.
and
The result:
Your PC will run more efficiently and whatever you do on your computer will be safer and more productive now.
So as you appear to ignore all the advice I and others have offered about programs of this nature - for example here
https://forums.techguy.org/threads/best-sort-of-modules-for-cleaning-pc-which-is.1193786/
I suggest you read what it says on the Auslogics site and if you have further questions - ask THEM - Auslogics

You will generally and certainly from the staff members on this site - get only one answer regarding this type of program - they are not needed, unwanted and will sooner or later cause problems
