I have an hp 7410 all in one printer. I had to reload the operating software, and now auto answer will not answer the incoming fax line, so no auto fax will be received. The printer used to function correctly until I had to set it up again. Can this be fixed and what do how do I do it?

    First Name:
You appear to have a HP Officejet 7410 All-In-One Printer.

Did you install the full-feature software and drivers for it after reinstalling Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit?

Here is the troubleshooting section for fax issues.

You appear to have a HP Pavilion dv7 series laptop.

What's the complete model number on it?
Note: A dash and additional characters after dv7 comprises the complete model number.

    What's the part/product number(P/N) on it?
