    Hi.
I'm running Windows 7 with Firefox.
Sometimes if I move cursor onto a internet page,it keeps scrolling on its own.
I seem to have tried everything to stop it,any and all ideas would be welcome.
    Thanks

This time click the scrolling tab. Use the snipping tool to take a shot of the settings and attach it to your next post.
