Not sure how to describe it...but what I want to do is, every time I start a new document, to have Word automatically insert something (Like my name, date, etc.). I was just wondering if it is possible to do it, and how...I don't really need it, I just thought it would be nifty if I could...

Yes, it can be done. Close all files so Word has a gray window. Open the template named normal.dot and edit it with whatever you ALWAYS want on any new docs. It's your default template. Save it after changing. Close it. Hit the new doc button.

You might want to check out the Autotext feature instead.

    :)
