Automatic Logoff in Windows 2000

How do I set an Idle logoff in Windows 2000?? I really do not want to purchase a third party utility.

The feature is part of the 2k resource kit...the specific file is....

Winexit.scr: Windows Exit Screen Saver
Logs off the current user after a specified time has elapsed.

It is NOT available for free download.
