Automatic repair constant boot loop

I have a Lenovo y520 running windows 10 and I reset my computer and it’s now stuck on automatic repair then diagnostic computer then it says could of did not reset properly . I can’t also reset my computer . I tried using the command prompt to help but it didn’t . I was thinking on removing the battery but I don’t think that will do anything . Please help me

Have you tried the other options in the Automatic Repair section like Start up Repair and Restore to a previous date?

i just downloaded the windows 10 to a flash drive n did it that way but yeah all the other methods didn’t work
