Windows 10 Media Creation Tool
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Download and run it > choose to create a bootable DVD or a bootable USB thumb drive.
Download the same version [Home or Professional] which was previously installed.
Refresh your PC: Refreshing your PC restores its system software to its factory state without deleting your files or installed Modern apps
System Restore: Restore your computer to an earlier restore point. This is the same as using System Restore within Windows.
Check and read the link below.Automatic Repair: Try to automatically repair issues that can prevent Windows from booting properly. If your computer can’t boot into Windows, this option is worth a try.
I can see only the reset option and im unable to reset if i proceed that is showing a pop up “there is problem..no changes were made”Are you able to click on any of the following?
What happens when you do click on them?
