Automatic SNAP to suggested buttons... How to???

Can anyone show me where I would set the option in WIN98se where your cursor will automatically snap to the suggested button when a dialog box appears? I can not seem to locate where this option is checked.

I think this is only an option from the mouse drivers for your particular mouse. I know some Logitech mice used to have this feature.
