    Hi,

I want to be able to highlight all my cells in the row that is complete,

I know how to do conditional formating, but this is for just one cell?

What I want is to have all entries along the row highlighted green when all the entires have been entered in, other than that it will remain with no highlight,

    is this clear enough????

("highlight all my cells in the row" + "this is for just one cell?" = not really)

A conditional formatting formula along the lines of:

    =COUNTA($A2:$G2)=7

    ?

    HTH,

    I have tried!!

    but to no avail,

If cells A1 to O1 all have entries in then I need cells A1 to P1 highlighted green, I amended the formula you list to

    =COUNTA($A4:$O5)=15

and put this in cell Q1, this turns the arguement to TRUE, but what now???!!!

Attached file ; select A1 to P1, then go Format -- Conditional Formatting & check out the formula.

Back in the worksheet, blank any cell from A4 to O4.

(Are you sure you meant $A4:$O5, ie: 2 rows?)

Dude, stop confusing me. ;) The C/F formula needs to be:

    =COUNTA($A1:$O1)=15
