Can you try rebooting and noting what the error message says?

check this out. Do you have that printing device? Maybe uncheck that in msconfig.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday but no solutions are offered anywhere!

As suggested by Valis, uncheck that in msconfig.

If no luck,

1- Please click HERE to download HijackThis.
2- Run the program.
3- Click on the Main Menu button if not already there.
4- Select Do a system scan and save a logfile.
5- Copy and paste the scan log from Notepad into your next reply.
6- Do not "Fix" anything unless advised to do so.

For Windows 7 and Vista:

If Windows is denying access to the Hosts file, disable the UAC and run HijackThis again.

Yes i have that printing device made by Iogear which allows me to switch between computers my Mac And My PC to Print. Also sorry but here is the actuall ERROR MESSAGE IM GETTING!

ERROR READING traylcon1-visible cannot creat system shell notification icon

if you still have the software for Iogear, I'd uninstall that app and reinstall it. That's what's causing the error.
