Ok, it was working FINE without problems - autorun would work, and explorer would notice the new cd placed in the drive. However, lately, when I place a new cd in either of my 2 cd drives, windows xp fails to load the volume name for either of the drives. I have to go into the cd and find the setup program, I can't even right click > autorun. It remembers the right-click menu settings and volume name for the previous cd, but will never update it for any new cds.

    Sweet! It worked! THANK YOU!

Now I just need to figure out how to fix the problem where my computer reboots when I mount an image over a network..
