This is my first time to visit your site and I keep getting a message from from my Spybot S&D asking if I want to block the download of "Avenue A, a known threat".
Is this supposed to be on your site or was it put on by a hacker?

It's spyware. You can use most any spyware removal tools to clean it up. Ad-Aware is great and so is Spybot Search & Destroy (all free programs). The problem with spyware is sometimes you aren't sure where you got it - and have a tendancy to get it again. Lots of free programs contain spyware - so free doesn't exactly mean free.

Isnt it ironic that we come here to remove such things yet this site installs it??

When you load the main page It warns you that Avenue A is being installed (im assuming the advertisements) and lets you stop it. Ive had this problem ever since I got SPybot1.3 with its new realtime protection. Thats whats this topics about whats confusing?

Confirmed:

It IS burstnet advertising they use on the main page. I added it to my IE restricted zone and I no longer get the message.
