ok so here are my specs

AMD Athlon X2 5000+ 2.61GHz Duel Core
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670
4GB of ram installed but vista says 3.2? (could this affect my games)
Corsair GS600w PSU
windows vista 32bit OS (im capable of 64bit)

now i have a dell dimension e521 and i feel the processor is letting me down i do not have money to upgrade it and when i overclock it fails on me (because of dell) but.. look at these people's specifications (below)and the games they can play i don't understand why i cant play!! i clean my computers registry and that with Advanced System Care Pro

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yy_o0-0VJXg (ultra settings !? )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3q23I9M5Y-4 (medium to high!!?)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPC6huBdy74&feature=related (all maxed out)

What can i do to speed it up i can get new software and OS but i cant buy components (but you can still suggest some) i just really would like to be able to play games like battlefield 3 on medium settings, infact if i could play all games at a medium setting i would be soo gratefull

if you look on youtube there are people running nfs hot pursuit on max with the same specs as me or worse i just want to be able to do that please help

Im playing saints row 2

The reason windows says you have 3.2GB of ram when you have 4GB is because you have the 32-bit Version of windows. Anything between 3 - 3.5GB it will cap on 32-Bit windows. The other RAM will not be used correctly.

Well registary cleaners are not good for any computer system and do more damage then good, they mess with windows files and needed registary files.

My computer specs in some ways are higher than yours like my i7 CPU then yours currently and I can only play battlefield 3 on Low setting and at 1280 x 768 resolution.

Make sure you have the latest grahpic card drivers installed. Check this website HERE search for a game you want to run and it will tell you if you can.
