I'm not that tech savy and need some help. purchased awus036nh, operating with windows 7. downloaded several ways (with disk off the web site and thru windows) Download appear to work but i can not connect. Mesage says 802.11 card disconected. How do you get it to connect? I saw one post that said to connect with an ethernet cable. I did that and when i launched config utilities only the network that i am conected to the ethernet comes up. put in network key and it will connect but shows signal strenth weak sitting 3 feet from router. with out awus036nh there 5 or 6 wireless shown but only one when connected. Anybody have any ideas thanks

Download and install the latest driver for your USB wireless adapter from the manufacturer's web site.

Please attach a screen shot of the Networks page of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector and show ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
