background problem

    :eek: For some reason My desk top background does not cover my whole screen. It has shifted to the left side so i have about 1/2 " of black on the right side. I have a 17 " monitor... any ideas?? I tried to click and stretch it over but nothing.. ...

    What about your taskbar (where the clock is) does that stretch all the way over?

    No the taskbar stops there too.....

    Does your monitor have Vertical and Horizontal adjustments?

    thank you It did have adjustments and that is all it took....I am a novice and keep learning things everyday....I don't know what happened that caused that but it is fixed now..... thanks again;)
